Privacy policy

Who is responsible for your data
MT Dynamics, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises) under number 1035.746.501, is responsible for the data collected on this website. If you have any questions, write to us at info@mtdynamics.be.
The data we receive
When you request a call or write to us, you send us your name and your email address. You can add the name of your business, your phone number, your line of work, your website address, your message, your needs and your availability.
We also receive the page through which you entered the website, the website that sent you there, and the tracking information of an ad or a post if you came from one. Your browser keeps this information for the duration of your visit, then it is attached to your request so that we know which channel brings us customers.
To protect the forms against mass submissions, your IP address is kept in memory for a few minutes, then deleted.
Why we use it
We use this data to reply to your request, prepare the call and send you a proposal if you would like one. These exchanges come before a possible contract and take place at your request.
We also use it to follow up with you if a request goes no further, and to know which channels bring us customers. This use rests on our legitimate interest in following up the requests we receive, and you can object to it at any time.
We never send a newsletter without your consent, and we neither sell nor rent out your data.
Who receives it
Your data is read by our team. It also passes through the technical providers that run the website and our email, and that act only on our instructions.
- Vercel, which hosts the website and measures its traffic.
- Brevo, which sends the emails from our forms.
- Google, which hosts our email and our video calls.
- Our internal tool for tracking requests.
Outside the European Union
Vercel and Google are companies established in the United States. When your data is transferred there, the transfer relies on the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
A request that does not lead to a contract is deleted no later than twelve months after our last exchange. A client’s data is kept for as long as we work together, then for the period the law requires for accounting records.
Measuring traffic
We measure the website’s traffic with Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies. Page views and clicks on our buttons are counted anonymously, and the identifier of a visit is deleted after 24 hours. These figures do not tell us who you are.
Cookies
The website places no advertising or audience measurement cookies. It may place two technical cookies that are necessary for it to work, and which therefore do not require your consent. The first remembers the language you have chosen, and the second is set by our host when it checks that a visit does not come from a malicious bot.
If we ever add measurement or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent first, and this page will be updated.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, to correct it, to erase it or to restrict its use. You can also object to its use, ask to receive it in a machine-readable format and withdraw any consent you have given.
All you need to do is write to us at info@mtdynamics.be. We reply within one month, and we may ask you to prove your identity if we have any doubt.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
