Save time
When you get up in the night, then a soft light comes on along your path, at 10%.
Equipment: Presence sensors, Lights
Your home handles lighting, access and energy for you. Everything is controlled from one place and works even without internet, and nothing ties you to a brand. MT Dynamics designs, configures and commissions your system, in and around Brussels.
You may have one app for the lighting, another for the heating and a third for the solar panels. Each device works, but they don’t talk to each other.
Often, everything also goes through the manufacturer’s “cloud”, in other words its servers on the internet. If the connection drops, your devices may stop responding, and if the manufacturer discontinues its service, features disappear. On top of that, information about your habits is stored outside your home.
Scroll down the page and watch the house come together before your eyes. Then try it for yourself.
Setting up
The modules are on their way.
Wireless set-up
The modules are wireless. They slip in behind your switches, sit on your windows or replace the valve heads on your radiators. There are no channels cut into the walls, no cables to run and no repainting to do. So everyone can enjoy it, even in a house that is already finished.
Connection
Each module connects to a small server set up in your home. Your devices, even from different brands, then all respond to a single app. You see the whole house at a glance, and you control it wherever you are.
Try it from your phone
On the floor plan, tap a light. It comes on just as it would with the wall switch, even without internet.
Automation
Once everything is connected, we work out with you what the house does on its own. It saves you time, saves energy and lets you know before a small issue turns into a big problem. The only limits are the sensors in place and our imagination.
Choose a situation
When the hallway sensor sees you arrive after sunset,
then the hallway lights up gently, followed by the living room.
Open the garage, follow the sun’s energy and switch the rooms on one by one, right from your screen.
Tick what you already have, or what you’d like to add. The possible automations appear alongside, written as “When… then…”. The more sensors there are, the longer the list gets.
What we fit
What you may already have
Add “Electric shutters” and 3 more automations become possible.

we fine-tune your routines with you and show you how everything works, so that it is simple from day one.
You can ask us any other questions during the call.
Yes. Much of your existing equipment can be kept, and wireless modules often avoid the need to open up walls. If work on the electrical installation is needed, it is carried out by a professional electrician, in compliance with the Belgian regulations on electrical installations (RGIE).
Yes. Your system is built on Home Assistant, open-source home automation software that runs on a small box in your home. Lighting, access and your routines therefore keep working when the internet goes down. Access from outside resumes as soon as the connection is back.
Home Assistant is open-source smart home software that works with devices from more than 1,000 brands. It can bring your lighting, heating, shutters and solar panels together in a single app, and it runs in your home, so your data stays there. We configure and commission it for you.
No. Home Assistant doesn’t belong to any manufacturer. At the end of the project, you receive your login details and a file describing your system, which allows another professional to take it over.
Home Assistant is open-source software. There is therefore no licence fee and no subscription imposed by a manufacturer. The price of your system is fixed in the proposal, before you commit to anything.
Yes, if your installation allows it, which we check during the visit. You follow your production and consumption at a glance, and some appliances, such as the water heater, the washing machine or the car charger, start when your panels are producing.
Nobody can guarantee a percentage, and we won’t. In Brussels, the benefit lies in using your solar electricity at the moment you produce it. In Flanders, part of the bill also depends on your peak consumption for the month, and spreading out the use of your big appliances brings it down.
The price depends on the size of your home, the number of routines, what is already in place and the equipment chosen. Every system comes with a clear proposal. You can also start with one or two routines, then add more over time.
We work in Brussels and the surrounding area, so that the visit, the commissioning and the follow-up stay simple. The first 30-minute call is a video call, and we use it to talk about your project.
In a 30-minute video call, we look at what you already have and what your home could do. You can show us your fuse box with your phone.
